- Kisan Card: An active Kisan Card is now mandatory for Phase 3 verification.
- Land Ownership: * For 50–65 HP: Minimum 5 to 50 acres.
- For 75 HP+: Minimum 7 acres and above.
- No Previous Benefit: Farmers who received a tractor in Phase 1 or Phase 2 are not eligible.
- Default Status: The applicant must not be a bank or Kisan Card defaulter.
