Eligible citizens can check their eligibility and register easily through SMS.
- Open the SMS application on your mobile phone.
- Type your 13-digit CNIC number without spaces.
- Send the SMS to 9999 or 8070.
- You will receive a reply confirming your eligibility status and further details.
Online Registration Through PSER Portal
Citizens can also register online through the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER).

Payment Distribution Method
Once eligibility is confirmed, the financial assistance will be transferred directly to beneficiaries.
